سياسة الخصوصية والأمان - تطبيق Tevix
نحن في تطبيق "Tevix" نؤمن بأن بياناتك المالية هي ملكك وحدك، ولذلك صممنا التطبيق ليعمل بأعلى معايير الأمان وحفظ البيانات الشخصية.
جميع بياناتك الشخصية من مصاريف، ميزانيات، أهداف، ومظاريف ماليّة، تُخزن محلياً على جهازك الشخصي، ولا نقوم برفعها لعرضها على أي طرف ثالث. نستخدم تخزيناً سحابياً آمناً (Firebase) لحفظ بيانات حسابك واشتراكك فقط عبر اتصال مشفّر، بحيث تقدر تسترجعها لو غيّرت جهازك.
يتصل التطبيق بشبكة الإنترنت لأغراض محدودة وحصرية: تشغيل أدوات ومحادثات المستشار المالي الذكي (AI)، التحقق من حالة ترقية الميزات المتقدمة (Premium)، وتحديث أسعار الذهب اللحظية من الأسواق. هذا الاتصال مشفر بالكامل.
لتشغيل ميزات المستشار المالي الذكي وتحليل المحفظة، يتم إرسال أرقام وملخصات مالية مجمّعة فقط (مثل: إجمالي المصاريف حسب الفئة، متوسط الصرف اليومي، نسب توزيع المحفظة) إلى مزود ذكاء اصطناعي خارجي متخصص لمعالجتها وإنتاج الرد. لا يتم إرسال اسمك الكامل، رقمك القومي، أرقام حساباتك البنكية، أو أي بيانات تعريف شخصية حساسة إطلاقاً ضمن هذه العملية. قد تتم معالجة هذه البيانات على خوادم خارج مصر تخضع لسياسات مزود الخدمة الخارجي.
بما أن كافة بياناتك محفوظة محلياً على هاتفك، فإن أمان معلوماتك المالية يعتمد مباشرة على حماية جهازك الشخصي. نوصي دائماً بتفعيل وسائل قفل الهاتف الآمنة (كالرمز السري PIN أو البصمة الحيويّة).
قد نقوم بتحديث سياسة الخصوصية هذه دورياً بالتزامن مع إضافة ميزات جديدة، وسيتم إخطارك بأي تغييرات جوهرية عبر إشعارات التطبيق الذكية.
Privacy & Security Policy - Tevix App
At Tevix, we believe your financial data belongs to you alone. That is why we designed the app with the highest security standards.
All your personal expenses, budgets, goals, and financial envelopes are stored locally on your personal device, and are never shared with third parties. We use secure cloud storage (Firebase) solely for your account and subscription data over an encrypted connection.
The app connects to the internet strictly to: power AI Advisor tools, verify Premium subscription status, and fetch live gold rates. This connection is fully encrypted.
To power the AI Advisor and portfolio analysis features, only aggregated financial figures (such as spending totals by category, average daily spending, portfolio allocation percentages) are sent to a specialized third-party AI provider for processing. Your full name, national ID, bank account numbers, or any sensitive personal identifiers are never sent as part of this process. This data may be processed on servers outside Egypt, subject to the third-party provider's own policies.
Since data is stored entirely on your device, your financial privacy relies on your device's security. We highly recommend enabling secure phone locks (PIN or biometrics).
We may update this privacy policy periodically to match new feature implementations. You will be notified of any material changes via in-app notifications.
